1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding contract between you and DatingDreams ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the dating-dreams.com website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing profiles, or sending a message, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this user agreement, you must not use the Platform.
Your continued use of DatingDreams after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Who Can Use DatingDreams
You must be at least 18 years old to register, regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. DatingDreams is intended for adults seeking serious relationships.
Both active duty service members, veterans, retirees, reservists, National Guard members, and civilians are welcome. Civilians who specifically seek relationships with military men and women represent a substantial part of our community.
You may hold only one personal account at a time. Operating multiple accounts, sharing your login, or registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
Age verification
We may, at any time, request reasonable proof of age. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to adults are removed immediately and without refund.
3. Your Account and Profile Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. Romance scams cost Americans $1.16 billion in 2025 - honesty in your profile protects every member of this community.
- Provide accurate, current information about your age, branch of service or veteran status, and location.
- Upload only recent photos of yourself. Stock images, photos of celebrities, or photos of other service members are not permitted.
- Never impersonate another person, rank, or unit. Falsely claiming active military status is a serious violation and may also violate federal law.
- Choose a strong, unique password and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Keep your profile updated when your circumstances change - for example, after PCS, retirement, or a change in relationship intent.
4. Prohibited Content and Behavior
To keep DatingDreams a safe space for genuine connection, the following conduct is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination, often within 24 hours of report:
Fake or stolen identities
Using photos lifted from real service members' social media, generating fake "officer deployed abroad" profiles, or claiming military service you did not perform.
Requests for money
Asking other members for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or financial "help" of any kind. Real service members do not pay for leave, medical treatment, or care packages.
Harassment and abuse
Threats, sexually explicit messages without consent, hate speech, or repeated contact after another member has declined further communication.
Off-platform solicitation
Promoting external services, escort work, paid content, OnlyFans links, or routing matches to third-party sites where we cannot protect them.
Illegal or harmful content
Posting content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, weapons sales, drugs, or any material that violates U.S. federal or state law.
Automated activity
Scraping profiles, sending bulk identical messages, or operating bots that simulate human conversation.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Creating an account, browsing verified profiles, and receiving messages is free. Premium features - including unlimited outgoing messages, advanced filters, voice notes, and read receipts - require a paid subscription.
Subscription plans are offered in 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month terms. The current price is shown clearly before checkout and is charged in full at the start of the term to the payment method you provide.
Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, and applicable in-app store billing (Apple App Store, Google Play). All charges appear on your statement as "DatingDreams" or "DD Subscription."
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing term at the then-current price unless you cancel at least one (1) day before the renewal date. We will email you a renewal reminder before charging the next term, but it remains your responsibility to manage your subscription.
If we change subscription prices, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can stop your auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing term, and you keep premium access until then.
- From your account. Sign in, open Settings → Subscription, and select "Cancel auto-renewal." Confirmation is shown on screen and emailed within minutes.
- By email. Write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, asking us to cancel auto-renewal. Our team responds within one business day.
- Through your app store. If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel directly through that store's subscription settings.
- By postal mail. Write to the address provided on our contact page, including the email tied to your account.
Refund policy
If you cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase and have not used premium messaging extensively, you may request a partial refund for the unused period. In the event of a member's death, the next of kin may request a refund for the unused portion of the subscription upon presenting documentation.
7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
The DatingDreams name, logo, original photography, written content, code, and overall design are owned by DatingDreams and protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative services from any part of the Platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload to your profile. By posting that content, you grant DatingDreams a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and process it solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and securing the Platform. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
DatingDreams is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we verify female member photos, run 24/7 moderation, and remove suspicious accounts within an average of 24 hours, we do not guarantee that every member is honest about every detail, that any specific match will lead to a relationship, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DatingDreams and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including emotional distress, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by another member's conduct. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
We may suspend or permanently remove your account, with or without prior notice, when we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these terms or harmed another member.
- Operating a fake, stolen-identity, or scammer profile
- Soliciting money, gifts, or off-platform payments from other members
- Repeated harassment, threats, or abusive messages
- Attempting to access the Platform through automated means
- Chargebacks issued in bad faith after using premium features
- Violations of applicable United States federal or state law
You may close your account at any time from your settings. Profile data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except for limited records we are required to retain for legal or anti-fraud purposes.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of DatingDreams are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any claim will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your state grants you the right to a different forum.
